Wren Davis
A resident of Memphis, Tennessee by way of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Davis has 15+ years of experience in the IT industry and five years of management and customer service experience. Mr. Davis has been very instrumental in helping several companies achieve their production goals since moving to the Mid-South. Mr. Davis is very knowledgeable of Windows operating systems and server applications. Mr. Davis also has several IT certifications in addition to several years of training in deployment and configuration of Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7. Mr. Davis has been involved in several computer system upgrades. Mr. Davis is very familiar with many Windows, Linux, and Unix Operating System deployment options (software and hardware). He has six years of experience in servicing and deployment of IT equipment. Mr. Davis’ 15 + years of experience in the IT industry also consists of the following: IT administration, help desk support, computer system repair, network administration, management, and design. He has several years of experience in project coordination comprising of service scheduling, team coordination, reporting against metrics, including customer satisfaction, and service management.

While employed with LeMoyne-Owen College, 3re.com, and Memphis Housing Authority, Mr. Davis managed, implemented, and administrated several safe and cost effective projects which ultimately helped each of those businesses run more efficiently. He possesses several technical certifications that directly pertain to this current business venture, including CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). Mr. Davis also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Business Administration from LeMoyne–Owen College. He plans to continue his education in pursuit of an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology at Strayer University.

Jermaine Johnson
Mr. Johnson has been in the information technology industry for over 20+ years. Working his way from humble beginnings as a desktop technician to become one of the head Systems Engineers for one of the largest IT consulting firms in Memphis, he has worked with the IT departments of most major corporations in the Memphis area.

In 1997, Mr. Johnson started his first private company. This company was focused on helping small to medium size companies understand, utilize, and implement technology. Mr. Johnson’s belief is that the technology should be used as a tool to drive more business and to focus on the task at hand instead of the problems associated with technology. In other words, clients should focus on their core competencies rather than the technology that ultimately supports the business.
Mr. Johnson approaches each new project with professionalism, innovation and enthusiasm, supported by a foundation of tried and true methods to assess strategic IT needs. On-site inspections, recommendations for optimizing existing systems, thorough budget preparations and realistic timetables give clients an unparalleled "comfort zone" when working with him.
